Chinese noodle house Hue Ky Mi Gia

  • At Hue Ky Mi Gia, the relatively new, family-owned Chinese noodle shop in the yellow strip mall on Jackson Street, noodles are the star attraction. But take a gander at the tables all around the room and you’ll notice there’s one other dish everyone seems to have ordered: the garlic chicken wings.

  • Do duck into Little Saigon’s Chinese noodle house Hue Ky Mi Gia (or its Great Wall Mall sibling), I’m told. I have: great call.

    Nancy Leson, Seattle Times
  • Also note that the restaurant is extremely popular, which can mean cramped quarters and occasional waits. Those waits are worthwhile, though, for quality food, reasonable prices, and friendly service.

    Jay Friedman, Seattle Weekly
  • This Vietnamese-run “Chinese noodle” diner is extremely yummy, clean, and cheap — a giant plate of noodles with your choice of meat and still-crunchy veggies will run you about $7.
